HeelHub is one private space for a dog trainer and their clients — session booking, group classes, trainer-approved lesson theory, short daily reads with videos, questions with photos and video, practice reminders, a dog journal and progress you can actually see. No marketplace, no public feeds: just you, your trainer, and your dog.

FOR DOG OWNERS • See your trainer's real availability and book a free slot — it's held for you until the trainer confirms. Move or cancel a session in a tap. • Know what's coming: the trainer's plan for your next session, and a "To discuss" list where you add what you'd like to raise. • Read the lesson afterwards: clear, owner-friendly theory published by your trainer after each session — written in your language, in the tone you prefer. • Short daily reads from your trainer between sessions, with videos you watch right in the app. • Group sessions: see your dog's class — which dogs are coming, the shared plan and theory — and add your own points to the group's list. Only dog names are shown, never other people's details. • Ask anything, show everything — send questions with photos or video and get answers from your own trainer. • Practice on schedule with reminders that repeat daily, twice a day, weekly or monthly — and tick each day off. Miss a day and you get a gentle nudge. • Keep a journal: a line after the walk is enough. Your trainer reads it right where the next session gets planned. • Watch progress grow: recall, leash, focus and calmness scores from intake to today. • Keep every dog in the family on one profile — and everything is free for owners. No trial, no limits, no payment details.

FOR TRAINERS • Publish your weekly hours once; clients can only request slots you actually offer. Approve, decline, move or cancel in a tap — double bookings are impossible. • Run group classes: book one session for several clients' dogs. Everyone shares the plan and the lesson theory, each owner adds to one "To discuss" list, and you pay one credit per dog — refunded seat by seat if plans change. • Keep clients and their dogs organised: profiles, sessions, assessments, journals and reminders in one place. • Plan before, publish after: draft the session plan and the lesson theory from a few points, polish them with AI, and approve before anyone sees a word. • Build a library of daily theories, assign one to any client in a tap, attach a video (link or upload) and see who has read it. • Write for each client: set their language and whether they prefer formal or informal, and every AI draft is written for them — whatever language you work in. • Answer questions on your own schedule, from points to a clear, structured reply. • Assign homework with repeating reminders and see who practised today. • Invite clients with a one-time code — they're in your space in seconds. • Fair pricing: your first month is free, then simple one-time credit packs. Accepting a session costs one credit, a group session one credit per dog — refunded if it's cancelled. No subscription.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your data is shared only between you and your trainer — there are no ads, no tracking for advertising, and your data is never sold. Photos, videos and messages are visible only to the trainer–client pair they belong to; in a group, owners see the other dogs by name only.
